What we collect
- Email address — used for authentication only. We send login codes via email. We don't send marketing emails.
- IP address — used for rate limiting and abuse prevention. Stored temporarily.
- Search queries — we log query text for usage metering. We don't sell or share your search history.
- Payment info — processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
What we don't do
- We don't use tracking cookies or third-party analytics.
- We don't sell your data to anyone.
- We don't send marketing or promotional emails.
- We don't use your searches to train AI models.
Data sources
All data available on DeepLedger comes from publicly available government databases and FOIA releases. We aggregate and index these records but do not create or modify the underlying data.
Data retention
- Account data is retained while your account is active.
- Rate limit records are automatically deleted after 24 hours.
- You can request account deletion by emailing privacy@deepledger.co.
Infrastructure
DeepLedger runs on Cloudflare's global network. Data is stored in Cloudflare D1 (SQLite) and R2 (object storage). Email is sent via Resend. Payments are processed by Stripe.
