Frequently asked questions
What counts as a search?
Each query counts as one search credit — whether via the web interface, the /v1/search endpoint, or the /v1/cross-ref endpoint. For batch cross-reference requests (POST /v1/cross-ref), each query in the batch counts as one search credit. For example, a batch of 5 queries costs 5 credits.
Do unused searches roll over?
Yes. Pro plan searches never expire — use them at your own pace.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes. Upgrade instantly; downgrades apply at the end of your current usage period. No long-term contracts.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards through Stripe. Enterprise customers can pay by invoice.
Is there a rate limit?
Free: 10 lifetime searches. Pro: 60 requests/minute via API. Enterprise: custom limits.
What data formats are available?
JSON via the API, plus CSV and JSON bulk export for Pro and Enterprise users.
